Bukujanji for Business connects an AI assistant you already use, such as Claude, to the outlet you run on Bukujanji. You ask in plain language, and the assistant reads your schedule, customers, packages, reports and catalog, or prepares changes for you to approve. This page explains how to connect, what the assistant can and cannot do, which data is shared, and how to disconnect.

Before you start

  • A Bukujanji business account with AI Connections available. AI Connections is part of the Pro and Enterprise plans.
  • The outlet owner's account. Staff accounts cannot connect.
  • Each connection covers one outlet. If you run several outlets, connect each one separately.

Connect in Claude

  1. In Claude, open the connectors directory and search for Bukujanji for Business, then select Connect. You can also add it as a custom connector with the server URL https://api.bukujanji.com/mcp.
  2. Sign in with your Bukujanji owner email and password.
  3. If your account has more than one outlet, choose the outlet for this connection.
  4. Review the data that will be sent and untick any change you do not want to allow, then agree and connect.

The same server URL works in other AI apps that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in.

What you can ask

  • Today's or this week's schedule, class sessions and remaining seats.
  • Availability on a date, including outlet holidays, blocked times and staff leave.
  • A customer's details, active packages, remaining quota and validity.
  • Sales, payment and commission figures that match the Reports menu, plus a per-payment list for bank reconciliation.
  • Your price list, classes, promos and vouchers.
  • Who to follow up: packages about to expire, low quota, unpaid bookings and customers who have not visited.

What the assistant can change

  • Create services, tables or courts, recurring classes, promos and voucher codes. Promos and vouchers are limited to at most 50% or Rp 1,000,000 off and at most 90 days.
  • Change the price, name, description or capacity of an existing item, and deactivate or reactivate items.
  • Register new customers (the account holder) and book a class seat from a customer's active package.
  • Mark attendance.

Every change is shown to you as a preview first. Nothing is created or changed until you confirm in the conversation.

What it cannot do

The assistant cannot delete anything, cancel or move bookings, issue refunds, record or move money, send WhatsApp messages, or change opening hours, staff, packages or your refund and reschedule policy. Those stay in the Bukujanji dashboard.

Data that is shared

When the assistant asks for it, Bukujanji sends the AI provider the data needed to answer: customer names and phone numbers in your schedule and customer list, report figures, your catalog, prices, promos and vouchers, packages and follow-ups, wallet amounts, and per-payment history.

Never sent: names or any details of children or other class participants (only the account holder is shown), dates of birth, customer notes, bank account, card or virtual account numbers, payment proof photos, and data from your other outlets. Customer data per connection is also limited per day.

Once sent, the data is processed under the AI provider's own privacy policy. See the Bukujanji privacy policy, section 5.1 AI Connections.

Change permissions or disconnect

In the Bukujanji dashboard, go to Settings, then AI Connections. Each connection shows the app, outlet, permissions and last use. Use Change permissions to turn changes on or off, or Revoke to disconnect. Revoking stops access right away.

Troubleshooting

  • The assistant says a permission is missing: turn it on with Change permissions in AI Connections.
  • Sign-in is refused: make sure you sign in with the outlet owner's account and that your plan includes AI Connections.
  • The outlet is not listed: the outlet needs an active Pro or Enterprise plan.

How to Run a Sports Academy: Training Schedules, Attendance, and Monthly Fees

Both businesses use the same courts, yet they run in opposite directions. Court rental is a one-off transaction: someone books the 7pm slot, pays, plays, leaves. You do not need to know their name next week. A sports academy is the reverse — a tennis academy, a football school, a badminton academy,

Booking over WhatsApp: why customers love it, where it breaks, and how to fix it

Start by accepting the obvious. When someone wants to know whether you still have a slot tomorrow afternoon, they open WhatsApp. Not your app, not a form on your website, not email. It is already on their phone, needs no new account, and feels like talking to a person. For most service businesses in
