At outlets that have enabled online booking, you can pick a time and pay right here. At every other outlet you can still see the service list and opening hours, then contact them directly about prices and booking.
Search for the outlet or service you want, then open its page. If that outlet has enabled online booking, you simply pick an available time and complete payment — the confirmation is sent straight to you. If it hasn't, the outlet page gives you a button to contact them and book directly.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), e-wallets (GoPay, ShopeePay), QRIS, and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
There may be a small admin fee depending on the payment method selected. The service price displayed is the base price before any payment processing fees.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on each outlet. You can view the reschedule and refund policy on the booking detail page.
Yes, payments on Bukujanji are processed through a trusted payment gateway certified with PCI-DSS. Your payment data is encrypted and secure.
Yes, at outlets that have enabled Easy Booking by WhatsApp. Those outlets have their own official WhatsApp Business number staffed by an AI assistant 24/7 — it answers your questions about services, prices, class schedules, promos, and memberships, then shows a button that walks you through completing the booking in the same conversation. This is still limited to some outlets; elsewhere, use the contact button on the outlet page.
